Project description

The contract comprises reconstruction of the existing 1.8km pavement. The pavement of the carriageway consist of insitu recycling stabilization of the existing 250mm upper pavement layers, construction of 150mm thick crushed stone base layer and 30mm asphalt surfacing.

The work also include improvements to the sidewalks, upgrading of the existing drainage and installation of streetlighting. .

ZMCK responsibilities

The services provided include the review of topographical survey, soils and materials investigation, pavement analysis, drainage design, structural design, geometrics design, tender documentation and tender evaluation.
